摘要 对铝合金曲柄梯形齿加工工艺进行了分析,介绍了冲齿加工铝合金曲柄方孔和模具结构及模具的工作过程,给出了凹模、定位柱和打料管的设计方法。对冲齿后梯形齿的表面粗糙度达不到要求的问题,提出了改进措施。改进后,它的表面粗糙度完全能达到产品图的要求。 The processing technology of trapezoid teeth of the aluminum alloy crank was analyzed. The stamping teeth processing aluminum alloy crank square hole, the die structure and its working process were introduced, and design methods of the concave die, the positioning column and playing feed tube were given. To the problems that the surface roughness of trapezoid teeth stamped teeth can not reach the requirements, improving measures were put forward. After the improvement, its surface roughness can fully meet the requirements of the product image.
