摘要
随着配电自动化系统引入了配电网络的数据采集与控制、地理信息系统等,其发展就迈入了配网智能化阶段。这里探讨了配电网自动化的相关技术,分析了基于配电网自动化技术,给出了配电自动化系统(DAS)基本结构组成、结构分析。以CSDA的DAS为例介绍了其技术表征,分析了CSDA的技术架构,馈线自动化管理与保护,故障隔离与恢复供电,分布式小电流接地保护,分布式无功电压,瞬时性故障识别功能的FTU和CSDA配电中心主站系统,希望通过这些分析能进一步推进配电网的自动化发展。
With the introduction of data collection and control geographical information system of distribution network, the power-distribution automatic system steps forward into the new phase of intelligent distribution network. This paper discusses the relevant technology of automatic distribution network, gives the basic unstruction and structural components of DAS, and with CSDA' s DAS as an example, presents its technical characteristics, analyzes the technical framework of CSDA, automatic feed-line management and protection, failure isolation and recovery, grounding protection of distributed small current, distributed no-power voltage, FTU and CSDA master distribution system with instaneous failure identification function.
