摘要 结直肠癌是一种具有高度侵袭性的肿瘤，其发生发展的分子生物学机制复杂。Kindlin．2作为黏着斑蛋白家族的重要成员，对黏附细胞可以形成有效的调节，进而对肿瘤的进展形成有效的促进。
