摘要 采用共沉淀法合成了具有钙钛矿结构的CaSnO3晶粒。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、热重-差热分析(TG-DSC)、红外光谱(IR)和扫描电镜(SEM)等分析方法对样品的形成过程、晶体结构和形态进行了表征,并研究了其对亚甲基蓝废水溶液的光催化降解性能。结果表明:反应过程中存在着明显的晶型转化,煅烧温度为600℃时,可以比较容易形成完整的具有正交晶型的CaSnO3粒子。在可见光条件下,当催化剂浓度为70 mg/L,光照时间为100 min时,CaSnO3光催化剂对亚甲基蓝溶液的降解率可达94%。 Perovskite CaSnO3 particles were synthesized by a co-precipitation method. The formation and microstructure of the particles were characterized by XRD, TG-DSC, IR and SEM. The photocatalytic activity of particles on methylene blue was also investigated. The results indicated that there existed the crystal transformation in the reaction process. The reaction temperature had important influence on purity and crystaUinity of products. It could be prepared pretty easily at 600 ℃. When the photocatalysts were irradiated by the visible light, the photo-degradation could reach 94% as the concentration of photocatalysts was 70 mg/L and the reaction time was 100 min.
