微波法制备石油焦系活性炭及其吸附CO_2性能研究

Preparation of activated carbon from petroleum coke by microwave and characterization of CO_2 adsorption

摘要 以石油焦为原料,KOH为活化剂,通过微波辐照制备活性炭,考察了各因素对活性炭吸附CO2性能的影响。CO2吸附效果最佳时的工艺条件为糠醛渣掺比量10%,剂炭比5誜1,微波功率1 200 W,辐照时间10 min,在此工艺条件下所得样品的CO2吸附值为236.2 mg.g-1;同时,研究发现微波法制备的活性炭与电炉法所制备的活性炭对CO2的吸附效果相接近,但微波法极大地缩短了反应时间。低温下微波法制备的活性炭CO2吸附效果较好,再生性能好,掺入适量糠醛渣有助于提高其对CO2吸附效果。 The activated carbons were prepared with petroleum coke as raw materials, KOH as active agents and mixed with furol dregs in the ration by microwave heating. Through analysis of CO2 absorption capability of the activated carbon, the optimum conditions are obtained: percent of the furol dregs is 10%, weight ratios of KOH to petroleum coke is 5 : 1, the power of microwave was 1 200 W and the irradiation time was 10 minutes. On this condition, the CO2 adsorption values of the activated carbon was 236.2 mg.g-1. In the adsorption of C02 application aspect, activated carbon has better adsorption effect in the low temperature than the high one. The reproductive property of activated carbon is very good. The adsorption of CO2 of activated carbon produced by microwave heating is much closed with the one produced by electric stove heating. It is very helpful to enhance adsorption of CO2 when mixing with the right amount of furol dregs to prepare activated carbon.
