根据石墨化炉送电过程的实际情况,分析了影响送电误差范围的因素,通过对送电误差范围的动态调整,保证设备安全运行的前提下最大限度地满足生产工艺需求,进一步提升了计算机自动控制送电的技术水平。
In accordance with the actual process of power transmission of the graphitizing furnace, the factors that affect the error range of power transmission were analyzed, and through the dynamical control of the error range of power transmission, the target that the demand of production process at maximum was met under ensuring the security operating was achieved, which could further enhance the technical level of computer automatic control of power transmission.
