Research progress of internal vertebral venous varices in the lumbar spine

摘要 椎管内静脉丛（internalvertebralvenousplexus，IVVP）又称Batson静脉丛。1819年Breshet首次对其进行了捕述．20世纪40年代Batson详细阐述了椎管内静脉挑及硬膜外间隙的解剖结构：1941年Cohen首次提出腰椎管内静脉丛张是导敛腰椎神经根病的原因之一。
