摘要
网上医院是在互联网上开展在线医疗健康咨询和信息服务的专业医疗健康网络服务平台,业务功能已逐步拓展至预约挂号、视频诊疗、药品配送、网上付费等。借助互联网,创新医疗服务模式,构建实体与虚体相结合的网上医院,探索网络医疗服务运作和管理模式,充分利用医疗资源,延伸实体医院服务,为患者提供一个便捷、高效的就医通道,具有巨大的社会效益和经济效益。文章就网上医院建设的实践与探索作一论述。
The online hospital is the platform for health inquiry and information services with extended functions including on- line registration, video diagnosis and treatment, drug distribution, online payment, which establishes the treatment process with quality service and wins social and economic benefits for hospital. The aim of this study is to explore the innovation mode of services and man- agement for the online hospital which combines virtual and real devices to optimize the use of medical resources and improve the quality of medical services.
