Apolication of PLDD Treatment with Herniated Lumbar Intervertebral Disc

目的介绍用经皮穿刺腰椎间盘激光减压术(PLDD)方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症,探讨PLDD的临床应用价值。方法详细介绍本方法的手术操作,激光减压的原理,用量及注意事项。结果在治疗的1850例中平均改善率为78%。结论在严格掌握其适应证的情况下,PLDD既是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的一种微创方法,又是一种安全、简单有效的治疗椎间盘突出的介入手术方法。

Objective To introduce the application of PLDD treatment with herniated lumbar intervertebral disc and evaluate the clinical value of pereutaneous laser for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods To introduce in detail the opera- tion method of PLDD and the theory, quantity precautions of laser decompression. Results Average 78% of 1850 cases with PLDD have improved. Conclusion Under mastering indications strictly, PLDD is both a minimally invasive method, and also a simple, effective, and safe interventional method for the treatment for herniated lumbar intervertebral disc.
