中枢神经系统淋巴瘤：诊断的困惑，治疗的挑战 被引量：5

摘要 中枢神经系统淋巴瘤（central nervous system lymphoma，CNSL）是一种原发或继发于中枢神经系统（CNS）的恶性肿瘤，包括脑、脊髓、脑脊膜和眼。它分为原发性CNSL（PCNSL）和继发性CNSL（SCNSL）。PCNSL是指诊断时仅有CNS受累的淋巴瘤，而没有其他部位淋巴结或淋巴组织的侵犯。SCNSL是指继发于淋巴结或淋巴组织的淋巴瘤。
