摘要
通过试验定量分析了300MW垂直分级燃烧锅炉NOx排放控制中燃料氮的转化,分离燃尽风的布置、燃尽风比例、炉膛过量空气系数、NOx脱除率等参数的关联变化量和变化趋势,给出了垂直分级低氮燃烧中控制量优化调整策略。
Based on quantitative analysis of the correlation relationship among various factors of a vertically-staged low-nitrogen combustion boiler, such as the fuel nitrogen conversion rate in NOx emission control, separated overfire air distribution, overfire air ratio, furnace excess air coefficient and NOx removal rate, etc., a control strategy is proposed for optimization of the vertically-staged low-nitrogen combustion system
