摘要
结合目前大型超超临界火力发电机组锅炉汽动给水泵的设备制造和运行经验,对1台100%汽动给水泵和2台50%汽动给水泵的两种给水泵组系统设计进行技术经济分析。结果表明:1台100%汽动给水泵效率高,能降低机组煤耗0.3g/(kW.h)。
In combination with current equipment manufacturing and operation experience in steam turbine driven feed pump for boilers of large-scale ultra supercritical power unit, technical and economical analysis were conducted to the design schemes respectively with one 100% steam turbine driven feed pump and two 50% steam turbine driven feed pumps. Results show that the system efficiency with one 100% steam turbine driven feed pump is higher and the coal consumption of the unit can be reduced by 0. 3 g/(kW, h).
