摘要
以上海上电漕泾发电有限公司2台1 000MW超超临界火电机组为对象,采用智能超调优化、给水控制系统优化、对电网负荷指令处理优化、机组协调优化等处理手段,对2台机组的控制策略和控制系统进行优化。运行结果表明:锅炉与汽轮机之间及锅炉燃料与给水之间的协调控制品质显著提高。
Taking the two 1 000 MW ultra supercritical thermal power units in Shanghai Shangdian Caojing Power Generation Co., Ltd. as an object of study, a series of optimization were carried out to the control strategy and control system, including the overshoot control system, feedwater control system, load control computer and the coordinate control system. Operational results show that the coordinate control quality has been raised significantly between boiler and steam turbine, as well as between boiler fuel and boiler feedwater.
