摘要
针对二分仓回转式空气预热器漏风及热风温度低原因进行了分析,通过测试和计算,提出了对空气预热器进行增加分仓,改造径向、环向、轴向密封及增加传热元件高度的方案;同时提出了优化扇形板布置角度的改造新思路,有效地降低了烟气流速,大幅降低了传热元件的磨损。经计算:锅炉效率提高了1.6%,热风温度提高了25℃,达到了节能降耗的目的。
To solve the problem of air leakage and low hot air temperature of a bisector rotary air preheater, a retrofit scheme was proposed and executed based on measurements and calculations, such as adding sectors to the air preheater, improving the radial, circumferential and axial seals, increasing the height of the heat-transfer component, and optimizing the layout angle of the fan-shaped plates, etc., after which the flue gas velocity was reduced effectively and the abrasion status of heat-transfer component was alleviated greatly. Calculation results show that the boiler efficiency and hot air temperature have been increased respectively by 1.6% and 25 ~, indicating an obvious reduction of energy consumption.
