摘要
针对一台75t/h次高温、次高压CFB锅炉,在试运时发生一、二次风管式空气预热器强烈的振动和噪声问题,分析了其产生振动和噪声的原因,提出沿宽度方向加装防振隔板,改变气室频率的处理方案。改造后消除了空气预热器管箱的振动和噪声。
To solve the problems of strong vibration and noise existing in the tubular primary and secondary air preheater of a 75 t/h sub-high temperature sub-high pressure CFB boiler, causes leading to above problems were analyzed, based on which corresponding countermeasures were proposed and taken, such as adding anti-vibration partitions along the width direction and changing the frequency of the air chamber, etc. The problems are finally solved after retrofit.
