摘要 高压加热器端差反映了设备的性能及运行操作控制的水平,而保持高压加热器端差在合理范围是反映高压加热器性能的一项重要指标。介绍了通过高压加热器水位提升和控制改造,使高压加热器下端差和水位控制得到明显改善,经济效果明显。 The terminal temperature difference of a high-pressure (HP) heater reflects its performance and control level. It is an important index reflecting the performance of a high-pressure heater to keep the terminal temperature difference in a rational range. A retrofit was made to a high-pressure heater by lifting its water level and changing its control system, after which the control for both the lower terminal temperature difference and water level is obviously improved, resulting in evident economic benefits.
