摘要
针对火电厂煤样采制机性能与运行经济指标密切相关,根据方差理论,提出对煤样采制机性能进行评估的几个指标,包括采、制样精密度,缩分比,制样系统误差,水分损失和粒度分布,以实例说明了煤样采制机性能检验程序,检验的煤样采制机采样精密度满足预期值1.6%,制样精密度满足要求,水分损失1.0%,出料粒度13mm,但制样系统存在系统误差,必须采取改进措施。
The performance of coal sampling and preparing machine in thermal power plant is closely related to the economic indicator of operation. Several indexes are proposed for carrying out performance assessment to the coal sampling and preparing machine, including sampling and preparing precision, division ratio, error of sample preparing system, moisture loss, and particle size distribution, etc. The performance inspection procedure for a coal sampling and preparing machine was elaborated by an example. The sampling precision of the coal sampling and preparing machine inspected meets the expected value 1.6 % ; the sample preparing precision meets relevant requirements; the moisture loss is 1.0%, and the outlet particle size is 13 ram. However, system error exists in the sample preparing system and improving measures must be taken.
