Research Progress in the Treatment of Gastric Cancer with Liver Metastasis

目前,对胃癌肝转移有较多种治疗方法,手术治疗为主要方法,对于失去手术机会者有新辅助化疗、经导管动脉栓塞化疗和消融治疗等方法。随着技术的成熟,介入治疗的治疗率明显升高,经导管动脉栓塞化疗常因肝动脉解剖特点及新血管形成而影响治疗效果,消融治疗不同方法之间治疗效果相差较大。而术后化疗已经成为常规治疗,但具体方案现变化较多。对于胃癌肝转移的各种治疗方案有较多不同观点,该文就其现状及进展进行综述。

Currently there are a variety of treatments for gastric cancer with liver metastases, and surgery is the major method. There are neoadjuvant chemotherapy, transeatheter arterial embolization for chemothera- py and ablation therapy for the unresectable patients. As the technology matures, interventional therapy treat- ment rate has significantly increased. The effect of transeatheter arterial ehemoembolization is often affected by the hepatic artery anatomical characteristics and the formation of new blood vessels, and different ablation treatment methods have quite different effects. Postoperative chemotherapy has become a routine treatment, but speeific programs are much more varied. Since there are quite a few opinions in the treatment solutions of gastric cancer with liver metastasis,here is to make a review on its progress.
