摘要
巨大左心室(左心室舒张末期内径≥70 mm)是重症心脏瓣膜病的诊断标准之一。巨大左心室心脏瓣膜病手术风险大,病死率及并发症发生率高,心脏瓣膜置换术是治疗该病的有效手段。要取得较好的术后治疗效果,围术期的治疗是至关重要的。随着对巨大左心室心脏瓣膜病认识的不断深入,完善的术前准备、手术时机的选择、术后心肺支持及并发症的防治为越来越多的临床医师所重视,成为手术成功的关键。
Giant left ventricle （left ventricular end-diastolic diameter I〉70 mm）is one of the diagnosis criteria of severe valvular heart disease. Cardiac valve disease with giant left ventricular has high surgical risk and high mortality and complications incidence. Heart valve replacement surgery is an effective means for treatment of the disease. Perioperative treatment is an essential way to get better postoperative effect. With the deeper understanding of cardiac valve disease with giant left ventricle, the comprehensive prepa- ration, the timing of the operation, the prevention and controlling of complications as well as the postopera- tive cardiopulmonary support are paid more attention by more and more clinicians and have become the keys to the success of the operation.
