同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)是蛋氨酸循环的代谢产物,高Hcy血症是心脑血管疾病的危险因素。伴有Hcy升高的高血压被定义为"H型高血压",其治疗应同时降低血压和血浆Hcy水平,H型高血压的治疗对我国脑卒中患者的防治有重要意义。补充叶酸和B族维生素是目前降低Hcy的最有效方法,但其能否降低心血管事件的发生仍存在争议。

Homocysteine（Hcy） is a metabolite of methionine cycle, and hyperhomocysteinemia is a risk factor of cerebral cardiovascular disease. Hyperteinsian with elevated plasma Hcy is defined as H type hyperten- sion. Lowering both blood pressure and plasma Hey level is recommended in H type hypertension therapy. And it plays a significant role in the prevention and cure of stroke in our country. The most effective way to decrease homocysteine level is folic acid and vitamin B supplementation, but whether it can reduce the risk of cardiovas- cular events is still controversial.
