蒙医针刺疗法结合微波治疗周围性面神经麻痹的疗效观察

The observation of Mongolian medical acupuncture combined with microwave treatment of effect to peripheral facial paralysis

目的:观察蒙医针刺疗法结合微波治疗周围性面神经麻痹的临床疗效。方法:72例周围性面神经麻痹的患者随机分为两组,即对照组(以激素为主的西药治疗组)和治疗组(蒙医针刺结合微波治疗组),每组36例,两组进行同步治疗,疗程不超过3次(每个疗程为10天)。治疗结束后,对两组治疗积分和总疗效进行对比分析。结果:①治疗组治疗后计分为0.14±0.2,对照组为0.80±0.1,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);②治疗最多3个疗程后,治疗组治愈率为88.88%;对照组治愈率为61.11%(P<0.05)。结论:蒙医针刺结合微波治疗周围性面神经麻痹可以提高治愈率,降低治疗后积分,提示蒙医针刺结合微波治疗周围性面瘫的疗效较以激素为主的西药治疗明显,是治疗周围性面神经麻痹的有效方法之一,值得临床推广。

Objective to observe the Mongolian medical acupuncture combined with the clinical curative effect of microwave treat- merit of peripheral facial paralysis. Methods by our hospital diagnosis of 72 patients with peripheral facial paralysis, and it is divid- ed into two groups at random, that is in the control group （mainly hormone of western medicine treatment group） and treatment group （Mongolian：medical acupuncture combined with microwave treatment group）, each group 36 cases, two groups of parallel synchronous treatment intervention, treatment duration in each group is no more than 3 times each treatment （including treatment for 10 days）. After the treatment, treatment of two groups of integral and the total curative effect was compared and analyzed. Results （D after scoring in treatment group was 0.14±0.2, compared to the control group was 0.80±0.1, two groups have significant differ- ence （P〈0.05）; （2）Tresttment of up to three treatment, 36 cases of Mongolian medical acupuncture combined with microwave treatment group cure rate is 88.88%; 36 is given priority to with hormone of western medical treatment group cure rate is 61.11% （P〈 0.05）. Conclusian：Compared with the western medicine treatment group given priority to with the hormone, Mongolian medicine acupuncture combined with microwave treatment of peripheral facial paralysis can improve the cure rate, reduce the points after treatment, that the curative, effect of Mongolian medicine acupuncture combined with microwave treatment of peripheral facial paraly- sis is given priority to with hormone treatment of western medicine, is one of the effective method to treat peripheral facial paraly- sis, worthy of clinical promotion.
