朝医方三神散对兔心房正性肌力作用的影响

摘要 目的:研究朝医方三神散对兔心房的正性肌力作用。方法:采用兔离体搏动心房灌流模型来观察不同剂量的三神散(0.1,0.3,1g.L-1)对心房正性肌力的变化。结果:三神散可使心房每搏输出量(stroke volume)、心房搏动压(pulse pressure)及灌流液中cAMP流出量比给药前呈现浓度依赖性递增趋势;阻断-肾上腺素受体(adrenergic receptor,AR)或L-型Ca2+型通道(L-type Ca2+channel,LTCC)均可抑制三神散对心房正性肌力的增强作用。结论:三神散具有增强心肌正性肌力的作用,其作用主要可能与-AR-cAMP-LTCC信号传导途径有关。 Objective: To address positive inotmpic effect of 'San Shen Powder' (SSP) in beating rabbit atria. Methods: the SSP-in- duced changes in atrial dynamics, pulse pressure and stroke volume, and cAMP efflux were measured in pedused beating rabbit a- tria. Results: SSP increased atrial dynamics and cAMP efflux in a concentration--dependent manner (0.1, 0.3, 1 g· L^-1). The SSP-induced positive inotropic effect was significantly attenuated by the blockade of -adrenergic receptor (AR) or an L-type Ca^2+ channels (LTCC). Conclusion: These results suggest that SSP-induced positive inotropic effect is, at least in part, related with acti- vation of -AR-eAMP- LTCC signaling pathway in beating rabbit atria.
