膳食平衡指数法评价南京市秦淮区居民膳食质量 被引量:2

摘要 目的:利用中国膳食平衡指数(DBI-07)法,评价南京市秦淮区居民膳食模式和营养状况。方法:采用随机抽样的方法抽取309位年龄在34—92岁的社区居民,运用3d 24h膳食回顾法进行调查,并根据DBI-07的评分方法进行评分,判定其膳食类型,比较男性女性居民膳食特点。结果:(1)男性的低端分、高端分、膳食质量距分别为-19.8、9.62、29.53;女性的低端分、高端分、膳食质量距分别为-19.6、7.82、27.21;不同性别间的评分具有统计学差异(P=0.044、0.027、0.012)。(2)主要膳食模式为A、B、D、E,其中女性拥有最优膳食模式A的比例为42.9%、男性为31.8%。结论:本次调查结果显示,女性居民主要膳食问题是低度摄入不足、男性为中度摄入过量。出现此问题可能与女性更热衷于保持身材、男性拥有更多的公务应酬有关。 [Objective] To analyze and evaluate the food intake characteristics of residents in Qinhuai district in Nanjing city using Chinese Diet Balance Index (DBI-07) Method. [Method] Totally 309 residents aged 34-92 years old were randomly selected by sampling, and their three-day continuous food intakes were investigated with the 24h record. Chinese Diet Balanced Index -07 scoring system was used to e- valuate their intakes in water, cereals, legumes, vegetables, fruits, livestock, meat, milk, eggs, fish and shrimps, oils, salt, wine and food diversity index. [Result]The DBI LBS, DBI_ HBS and DBI DQD in male were -19.8, 9.62 and 29.53 respectiely. The DBI_ LBS, DBI_ HBS and DBI_ DQD in female were -19. 6, 7. 82 and 27.21 respectively. The differences between different genders showed statistical difference (P =0. 044, 0. 027 and 0. 012) . Major dietary patterns in the residents were A, B, D and E, of which 42. 9% female residents had dietary pattern A and male had 31.8%. [Conclusion] The major dietary problem of female residents was low-level diet inadequate intake and the major problem in male was middle-level dietary excessive intake. The phenomenon might due to the fact that women paid more atten- tion to body shape and thus eat less, while men had more business dinners which might lead to excessive diet consumption.
