摘要
通过对单风机风机盘管的来流场进行数值模拟,在风机送风口风速恒定的情况下,优化传统风机盘管结构,研究结果显示,将风机风口置中安排于送风空间有利于提高来流场气流分布均匀性;将送风空间的两侧改为从风机送风口处开始的渐扩风道形式、在送风空间内增加导流片等,均可以不同程度的提高来流场气流分布均匀性,有利于提高风机盘管的换热效率。
The numerical simulation of the Head-on Flow Field of a fan coil unit with a single blower fan was performed. Thestructure of the traditional fan coil unit in the case of the supplied air speed to be constant at the outlet of the fan. The results showed that, the central arrangement of the air outlet of the fan in the supply air space would improve the uniformity of the air distribution in the Head-on Flow Field. The methods of both sides of the supply air space changed as a divergent form starting from the air outlet of the fan, and increased deflectors in the supply air space, could improve the uniformity of the air distribution in the Head-on Flow Field inordinately. This might improve the effect of the heat transmission effectiveness of the fan coil unit.
