摘要
目的:探索国内外医院药房经营模式差异,分析中国医院自主经营药房的原因,并提出推进医药分开,积极探索多种有效方式逐步改革以药补医机制。方法:运用交易成本理论分析医院与药房之间的关系。结果:中国医院在处方限制和成本控制两个方面与欧美国家存在差异,这影响国内医院药房经营模式,导致医药不分。结论:促进处方流动是打破医院药房垄断利润,实现医药分开的关键。
To explore differences between domestic and international hospital＇s pharmacy operation pattern and discuss why Chi- nese hospital possess the pharmacy. Methods： The transaction cost theory was applied to analyze the relationship between hospital and pharmacy. Results： Discrepancy in prescription mobility limits and cost control between hospital at home and abroad have great influence on hospital＇s phar- macy operation pattern, and this is the reason why drug dispensing not separate from prescribing in China. Conclusion： Promoting the mobility of prescription is the key to break the monopoly profit of hospital＇s pharmacy and achieve separation of drug prescribing and dispensing.
