我国不同地区三甲医院护士工作压力现状调查

Investigation of Nurse Work Stress in Grade 3 Hospitals from Different Regions in China

目的:了解我国不同地区三甲医院护士工作压力现状,以帮助医院管理层及护士正确的认识工作压力,从而提高护士的工作效率及护理质量。方法:采用国际通用的ERI量表,随机选取甘肃省、河南省、上海市共10家医院1145名临床护士进行问卷调查。结果:上海市护士高付出低获得者比例最高,达89%,甘肃省为45%,河南省为39%,3地区ERI领域分布有显著性差异,χ2=303.15,P=0.00。结论:卫生行政管理部门和医疗机构应根据各地区的医疗水平、经济和人口状况制定相应的护理人才激励机制,降低护士的工作压力。

To analyze work stress of clinical nurses in grade 3 hospitals from different regions of China, so as to better help the man- agement and nurses themselves build a view of job stress in hospital,thus improving their work efficiency and quality of care for nurses. Methods： By selecting 1145 nurses working in 10 hospitals from Gansa, Henan and Shanghai as investigation samples, we used the questionnaire based on inter- nationally accepted ERI Scale. SPSS was applied to make statistical analysis for the collecting data. Results： There is statistical difference in the field of high pay low gain percent,the percent in Shanghai is 89% ,but Gansu 45% ,Henan 39% ,x2 =303.15 ,P =0.00. Conclusion： We recom- mend that departments in heahh management in charge of nurses should build encouragement - based promotion to lower the work pressure of nur- ses, according to local medical status, economic and demographic conditions.
