摘要 目的:了解我国不同地区三甲医院护士工作压力现状,以帮助医院管理层及护士正确的认识工作压力,从而提高护士的工作效率及护理质量。方法:采用国际通用的ERI量表,随机选取甘肃省、河南省、上海市共10家医院1145名临床护士进行问卷调查。结果:上海市护士高付出低获得者比例最高,达89%,甘肃省为45%,河南省为39%,3地区ERI领域分布有显著性差异,χ2=303.15,P=0.00。结论:卫生行政管理部门和医疗机构应根据各地区的医疗水平、经济和人口状况制定相应的护理人才激励机制,降低护士的工作压力。 To analyze work stress of clinical nurses in grade 3 hospitals from different regions of China, so as to better help the man- agement and nurses themselves build a view of job stress in hospital,thus improving their work efficiency and quality of care for nurses. Methods: By selecting 1145 nurses working in 10 hospitals from Gansa, Henan and Shanghai as investigation samples, we used the questionnaire based on inter- nationally accepted ERI Scale. SPSS was applied to make statistical analysis for the collecting data. Results: There is statistical difference in the field of high pay low gain percent,the percent in Shanghai is 89% ,but Gansu 45% ,Henan 39% ,x2 =303.15 ,P =0.00. Conclusion: We recom- mend that departments in heahh management in charge of nurses should build encouragement - based promotion to lower the work pressure of nur- ses, according to local medical status, economic and demographic conditions.
