摘要
以实际工程中常用的C30、C40、C50三种强度等级的混凝土为研究对象,系统研究了新型膨胀剂HME在不同强度等级混凝土中的膨胀性能,并探讨了膨胀剂HME在不同强度等级混凝土中的膨胀机理。结果表明,未扣除基准混凝土试件膨胀变形时,混凝土强度等级越高,掺膨胀剂HME的混凝土试件膨胀变形越小。扣除基准混凝土试件膨胀变形后,膨胀剂HME在低强度等级混凝土中的早期膨胀较大、后期膨胀较小;在高强度等级混凝土中的早期膨胀减少、后期膨胀增多,强度等级越高,HME早期膨胀降低的幅度越大,后期膨胀增大的幅度越高。
Using three strength grades concrete including C30, C40 and C50 as the research objects, the expansion performances and expansion mechanism of the new expansive agent HME in the different strength grades concrete are studied and discussed. Experimental results show that when the expansion deformation of reference concrete specimens is not deducted, the higher the level of concrete strength, the smaller expansion deformation of the new expansive agent HME; when the expansion deformation of reference concrete specimens is deducted, HME in lower strength grade concrete will result in a larger expansion and a greater expansion speed in early ages, but a smaller expansion in later ages; HME in higher strength grade concrete will result in a smaller expansion in early ages, but a larger expansion in later ages.
