摘要
采用溶液自由基聚合技术合成出一种高保坍型聚羧酸减水剂。通过C60-C80新拌混凝土测试表明,高保坍型聚羧酸减水剂可以有效解决普通聚羧酸减水剂在高温条件下(35℃)新拌混凝土坍落度、扩展度损失快等问题,对硬化混凝土无不良影响;复配使用高保坍型聚羧酸减水剂的ZJSS-Ⅱ产品,成功拌制出满足武汉中心项目需求的C60-C80高强自密实混凝土。经性能测试结果表明,该自密实混凝土在夏季高温条件下(35℃)3h内无坍落度、扩展度损失;通过Ⅰ型U型箱,高度差为0mm,T500流动时间5s;硬化混凝土各项指标达到规范要求,与国外同类产品性能相当。
A new kind of polycarboxylate superplasticizer with slump loss resistance has been synthesized by the technology of free radical polymerization. The new production has been good effect of slump loss resistance in high tem- perature condition (35℃) without any negative effect on hardened concrete. The C60-C80 high strength self-compacted concrete, which is used in the project of Wuhan center, are prepared by using this new production. The test results indi- cate that the slump and expansion loss of this self-compacted concrete is none in 3 hours under the high temperature (35℃), and the height difference of U-box is Omm, the fluidity time of T500 is 5 seconds. It is showed that the performances of the self-compacted concrete prepared by this new production can meet the requirements of the standards, which is successfully applied in the project of Wuhan center.
