摘要
院士制度是一个国家科学体制化的标志性产物,在一定程度上决定并影响着一个国家的科研实力和科技水平。总结发达国家院士制度的经验发现,其具有以下特点:相对独立的自我治理与自主运行机制、相对简单的组织架构与管理机制、相对理性的院士定位与认可表述、重视科普和出版物、大力建设科学道德规范以及独具匠心与灵活务实的制度设计等,对我国院士制度建设具有借鉴意义。
The academician system is a symbolic outcome of a country after academic systematization, which determines and affects the scientific research strength and scientific and technological level of this country to some extent. Thus, to summarize the experience of academician system from developed countries, which has significant use for reference, will definitely benefit to the academician system of China.
