摘要
风险投资成功与否的关键在于风险评估的客观性与有效性。在回顾前人相关研究的基础上,针对高新技术企业风险特征建立相应的评价指标体系,基于因子分析法建立了风险投资项目评估模型,实证模拟结果显示,该模型可以帮助风险投资机构进行有效的投资决策。
The key to success of venture capital lies in the objectivity and validity of risks assessment. Based on the review of previous research and the risk characteristics of high-tech enterprises , the paper establishes evaluation index system, and establishes a new venture capital project evaluation model based on the basic idea of the factor analysis. The empirical simulation results show that the method can help the venture capital institutions for effective investment decisions.
