Design of Oscilloscope Control Platform Based on Serial Communication

摘要 为增强示波器的测试功能和提高测试效率,在改进标准RS-232串行通信使其具有自动识别串口号功能的基础上,利用LabVIEW设计了虚拟仪器面板,实现了对泰克示波器的通道选择、自动设置、触发控制、时基及增益控制、波形显示及调整测量、数据存储等的控制;同时,对通信中需要注意的关键环节进行了说明。对TeKtronix TDS 2012示波器的控制试验表明:该平台界面友好、操作方便,能利用改进的串行通信方法与示波器进行可靠的通信,并实现了对示波器的上位控制,还获得了完整正确的被测信号波形,具有很好的实用性。 To enhance the function of the oscilloscope and improve test efficiency, the oscilloscope control platform was developed with LabVIEW on the basis of improved standard RS-232 serial communication to automatically identify the serial number. And, some problems of RS-232 communication were also pointed out and solved in the paper. Tektronix oscilloscope was used to in the experiment. Results show that the platform is able to reliably communicate with the oscilloscope by the improved serial communication method, and can control oscilloscope. It also receives a full and correct signal waveform, and has a certain degree of practicality.
