摘要
基于虚拟样机技术,用SolidWorks软件建立了L型活塞压缩机模型,并用SolidWorks Motion进行了对压缩机曲轴-连杆-活塞机构的运动仿真,得到了仿真模型的运动学、动力学参数,仿真结果与压缩机设计计算参数相吻合,并为该型压缩机结构优化设计和有限元分析提供了基础。
The model of L type piston compressor was established under SolidWorks software based on virtual prototype technology. SolidWorks Motion was used to carry out the dynamic simulation of piston compressor's crank-connecting rod-piston.Kinematics and dynamics characteristic data were obtained by the dynamic simulation.The result was coincided with the data by calculate design.It had provided a foundation for piston compressor optimization design and finite-element analysis.
