Leagl supervision is the material point of the solution of consultative development among legislation、administration of law and abidance by law.To complete the mechanism of legal supervision,the following things should be done well:combine administration by operation of law and the leadership of the Communist Party,reinforce the supervision inside the Party;consolidate the function of state authority in legal superivision;make the judicial branches judge impartially;strengthen the legal supervision over administration in institutions;and admit the supervision from people.
