基于城市间的文化产业发展与金融支持合作模式探析——以天水、宝鸡为例

Cooperation Pattern Analysis Based on the Urban Cultural Industry Development and Financial Support Tianshui-Baoji Region

文化产业的发展需要金融的支持,文化产业的城市间合作也需要金融的参与。针对天水、宝鸡两市文化产业合作的特点,提出区域文化共同特色的合作协商与对接机制。促进两市政银企合作,完善融资体系,建立面向文化企业的金融协调机制,调动各方资本参与文化产业,扶植区域内文化演艺企业等金融支持措施。

The development of cultural industry needs financial support and the cooperation among the cities＇ cultural industry also needs financial participation. Putting forward cooperation and docking mechanism have the common regional cuhual characteristics according to the cultural industry cooperation characteristics of Tianshui-Baoji. Promoting the cooperation among the bank, the enterprise and the government perfects the financing system,establishing the financial coordination mechanism oriented cultural enterprises,mobilizing all capital to participate in cultural industry and foster cultural enterprises in the region are necessarily demanded.
