摘要
以某火电厂某月实际生产经营情况为例,介绍该火电厂最佳入炉煤热值的计算过程,提出了一种计算最佳入炉煤热值的方法,即通过机组热效率试验测定各工况点的供电煤耗,利用最小二乘法拟合曲线确定供电煤耗与入炉煤热值的关系,通过规划求解确定入厂煤热值与标煤单价关系,二者相乘得单位燃料成本与入炉煤热值的关系,求极小值确定最低单位燃料成本和最佳入炉煤热值。通过实际应用情况说明该方法可显著降低供电成本。
Taking the of some coal fired power plant, for ex-ample,this paper introduces the calculation process of the best coal calorific value in power plants, puts forward a method of the best coal calorific value calculation, the practi-cal application shows that the method can reduce power cost significantly.
