济钢4~#3200m^3高炉气力输灰系统优化

摘要 针对济钢4#3200m3高炉除尘气力输灰系统存在的管道堵塞、管道磨损和发送器磨损问题,采取改造发送罐,直管、弯管变径改造,增设排堵装置等措施。改造后,气力输送使用的气体压力由原来的0.6MPa降低到0.4MPa,改善了气力输送的效果,解决了管道堵塞、设备磨损问题,延长了硫化仓等设备的使用寿命,年节约成本约20万元。 According to the existent problem of pipeline blockage, abrasion and transmitter wear of pneumatic ash conveying system in linan steel' s No.4 3 200 m3 BF, the transformations of the sending tank, straight and bend pipe diameters, adding blockage-eliminating device and other measures were taken. After transformation, the gas pressure of pneumatic conveying was reduced from 0.6 MPa to 0.4 MPa, improving the effect of pneumatic conveying, solving the problems of pipeline blockage and equipment wear and prolonging the service life of the curing barn equipment. Annual cost was saved of about 0.2 million Yuan.
