变频器在冲渣水系统自动调压中的应用

摘要 济钢4#120t转炉冲渣水系统应用Micromaster 430变频器进行自动调压控制,介绍了控制原理、系统结构及调试方法。经过反复试验,运行参数已经达到理想值,从运行效果看,系统的运行水压稳定,响应速度快,达到设计要求,降低了投资成本,有力支持了转炉的顺利生产。 This article mainly introduced Application of the Siemens Micromaster 430 variable-frequency drive for flushing slag water system of No.4 120 t converter in Jinan Steel including the control principle, system structure and debug method. Through trial and error, operation parameters have been achieved ideal value; Judging from the running effect, the operation pressure of the system is stable, and with fast response, meeting the design requirements and reducing the cost of investment, providing strong support for the smooth production of the converter.
