摘要
济钢运用精益生产理论,依靠能源管控中心为技术平台,实时了解气源单位的动态变化,精确预测,提前计划,合理调配,降低高炉煤气管网压力,与煤气柜储气压力相匹配,以管网辅助气柜缓冲稳定压力,提高了发电量和上网电量,煤气需求与煤气供应达到最佳平衡。高炉煤气放散率降至2.86%,焦炉煤气放散率降至0.61%,用户满意度提高到91.81%。
Using lean production theory, relying on energy control center as technological platform, understanding dynamic change of gas supply unit in real-time, accurately predicting, planning ahead, rationally mixing, reducing the pressure of BF gas pipe network, matching gas tank pressure with the pipe network, stabilizing the pressure by auxiliary gas tank, rising power generation quantity and network' s power quantity, the best balance between gas demand and gas supply was achieved in Jinan Steel. The emission rate of BF was was fallen to 2.86%, emission rate of coke oven gas was fallen to 0.61% and customer satisfaction was increased to 91.81%.
