摘要
采用故障树分析(FTA)的方法,针对某发动机壳体烧穿的各种影响因素进行了分析,通过流场仿真及地面模拟过载试验验证了分析结果,并根据分析结果进行了改进设计及试验验证。试验结果表明,改进措施有效,能够保证固体火箭发动机安全可靠工作。
The factors resulting in solid rocket case burned-through are analyzed by FTA method, and validited by flow simulation and the ground simulation overload test. According to the analysis result, the improved design and test are carried out. The result shows that the improved design is effective, which will guarantee the solid rocket motor safe and reliable under practical working.
