摘要
为深入了解贵州省烟草病毒病传毒介体烟蚜带毒率对烟草CMV、PVY发生情况的影响,本文采用间接DIBA法对2012年贵州省思南、凤冈、德江、正安和清镇5个烟区的烟蚜CMV、PVY进行了检测。结果表明:思南、凤冈、德江、正安和清镇5个烟区烟蚜CMV带毒率分别为63.53%、47.64%、33.53%、74.11%和26.47%,PVY带毒率分别为50.63%、41.25%、31.86%、41.25%和20.63%。
To illuminate the infectious status of cucumber mosaic virus (CMV) and potato virus Y (PVY) in aphid, CMV, PVY of aphids were detected using indirect DIBA in five tobacco regions of Guizhou Province. The results showed that CMV infectivity of aphids in Sinan, Fenggang, Dejiang, Zheng' an and Qingzhen were 63.53% , 47.64% , 33.53% , 74.11% and 26.47% , respectively, and PVY infectivity in the five re-gions were 50.63% , 41.25% , 31.86% , 41.25% and 20.63% , respectively.
