摘要
以飞龙掌血内酯作为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法,于329 nm波长处测定对照品溶液和样品溶液吸光度。所得回归方程为:A=48.36×10-3C-6.98×10-3(r=0.999 9,n=6),线性范围为2.08～20.76μg/mL(r=0.999 9),回收率为101.44%,RSD%(n=6)=2.49。此方法具有较好的稳定性和精密度,用此方法测定飞龙掌血中总内酯含量为8.0%以上。该方法准确、快速,重现性好,可用于飞龙掌血药材中总内酯类成分的测定。
Total content of lactones in Toddalia asiatica was detected at 329 nm by UV speetrophotometry u-sing toddalolatone as standard. The standard curve was then obtained as A=48.36×10^-3C-6.98×10^-3（r=0.9999,n=6）, and the detection concentration of the total lactones showed good linearity with its ab-sorbability within the range of 2. 076 - 20.76 μg/mL （ r = 0. 999 9 ）. The average recovery rate was 101. 44% （n = 6） with RSD of 2.49%. The content of total lactones in Toddalia asiatica was as high as 8.0%. This method was proven to be precise, fast and reproducible, thereby could be used to quantify total content of lactones in Todd, alia asiatica.
