Using the methods of literature and logical reasoning, it analyzes dialectical relationship between the sports technique and physical quality, their matching relationship and practical significance, points out that sports technique and physical quality is closely linked, there is level and matching degree, which makes the coaches and researchers to heighten the deeper understanding of athletes＇ special technology that is good or bad and various lev- els of athletes have its inevitability and rationality.
