校长的课程领导:我们的站位

Headmaster's Curriculum Leadership and Corresponding Positions

课程领导是一种分布式的专业领导,在这个分布式专业领导的格局中,校长站在怎样的位上理解"校长课程领导力"决定其行动。我们认为,不能站在"先知位"上要求校长什么都先知先觉,而应站在"合作位"上与教师共同成长;不能站在"行政位"上满足于"做了"多少事情,而应站在"专业位"上"做好"这些事情,形成专业影响力;不能站在"偏科位"上满足于无穷的细节,而要站高一个位,站在"整体位"上,从政策层面、顶层设计层面、原理层面实现对学校课程的领导。

Curriculum leadership is a kind of distributing professional one,in which headmaster＇s positions are the key factor of understanding their curriculum leadership.Precognitive position can not be taken to require headmasters to know anything ahead of others,while cooperation position should be taken to develop along with teachers.Executive position can not be taken to feel content with what you have done,while professional position should be taken to do what you should.Partial subject position can not be taken to be satisfied with endless details,while a higher and holistic position should be taken to achieve the leadership of school curriculum from the levels of policies,top designs and principles
