摘要
根据油田采出水的水质特点,成功开发出一套以气浮、介质过滤和膜滤等物化技术为核心的组合工艺,并应用于辽河油田某低渗透油藏区块的精细注水示范工程。该工程近5年的运行表明,本工艺设计合理,耐冲击能力强,该区块的采出水处理后水质稳定达到了我国油田采出水回注的最高水质标准(SY/T-5329-94)中的A1级指标。
Based on the specific characteristics Of the oilfield produced water, a unique integrated process was developed employing the key physical and chemical units including DAF, media filtration and membrane filtration etc. This innovated process was implemented in the demonstration project for water injection at a low permeability oil reservoir district in Liaohe Oilfield. Over 5-year smooth operation of the demonstration project demonstrates that the designed process is reliable and the treated produced water has met the A1 Class water quality in the CNPC standard SY/T-5329-94.
