基于面板数据模型的科技投入与经济增长关系研究——以浙江省为例

The Panel Data Model-based Study on the Relationship between S&T Investment and Economic Growth——Take Zhejiang Province as an Example

基于科技投入与经济增长的密切关系,利用2003年—2011年的相关数据,对浙江省11个地市地方财政科技投入、R&D人员投入与经济增长之间的关系进行了实证分析。结果表明,浙江省科技投入与经济增长之间存在长期稳定的均衡关系和单向因果关系,但各地市科技财力和人力投入对经济增长的影响程度存在一定差异,并据此提出相应的政策建议,以最大限度地发挥科技投入的功效,推动经济增长。

Based on the relationship between S＆T investment and economic growth, this paper uses the relevant data from 11 cities in Zhejiang Province during the period of 2003 - 2011 to study the relationship among the financial and personnel input of local government for S＆T and the economic growth. The results show that there exist long- term stable equilibrium relationship and one-way causality relationship between the S＆T investment and economic growth in Zhejiang province, but the influence is different for different cities. The corresponding policy recommen- dations are proposed for the maximum playing the rule of S＆T Investment and promoting the economic growth.
