An Empirical Study on the Social Security Level in Hebei Province

社会保障水平是衡量和评价一国家或地区社会保障制度的运行状况和人们福利水平的一项重要量化指标。结合相关指标对河北省社会保障水平进行客观评价,并对其适度性进行分析,探讨产生该结论的原因,最终提出相应对策建议,以保证河北省社会保障体系的良性运转。

Social security level is an important quantized index which could judge and evaluate social security~ per- form and people＇s life standard for some countries or districts. This paper objectively evaluates the social security level,describes its moderation in Hebei Province using some relevant index,and discusses the reasons which lead to the conclusion. Finally the corresponding countermeasures are put forward in order to ensure the favorable running of social security system in Hebei Province.
