摘要
简要地论述了水力机组调保计算的任务和作用,论述了实际生产中改善调保参数的不同措施,分析了不同措施对改善调保参数的具体影响方式,提出了实际生产过程中不同类型水力机组选择改善调保参数措施的总体原则。
Regulating guarantee calculation and function were briefly introduced. Improvement measures of regulating guarantee parameter were discussed and specific influence of different measures was analyzed. General principles of improvement measure selection for different type water power set were put forward.
