摘要
结合甘南地区各流域水电站的分布及规模等特点,对集控中心的设计原则、监控系统的功能及结构、网络通信规划设计等进行了较为详细的论述。并对所监控电站的系统配置提出了建议,同时也提出了集控中心的总体框架。
According to the distribution and scale of hydropower stations in south Ganzi district, the design principle of centralized control center, the function and structure of monitor system and the planning programming of communication network were discussed in detail. System configuration suggestion for monitored power stations was proposed, at the same time, the framework of centralized control center was put forward.
