瑞舒伐他汀治疗原发性高血压合并高脂血症的疗效观察

The Effect Observation of Rosuvastatin in Treatment of Primary Hypertension Complicated with Hyperlipidemia

目的观察瑞舒伐他汀治疗原发性高血压合并高脂血症的疗效。方法将100例原发性高血压合并高脂血症患者随机分为两组,对照组50例给予苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,治疗组50例在对照组治疗的基础上加用瑞舒伐他汀,比较两组血压和血脂的变化。结果治疗组治疗后总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平及血压低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀治疗原发性高血压合并高脂血症,降血压、血脂效果明显,适合临床应用。

Objective To observe the effection of Rosuvastatin on blood fat and blood pressure in patients with hypertension and hyperlipoidemia. Methods 100 cases of hypertensive with hyperlipoidemia patients were randomly separated into two groups, 50 cases in the control group were given amlodipine besylate in treatment, 50 cases in treatment group on the control group treated with rosuvastatin, changes were compared between two groups of blood pressure and blood lipid. Results After treatment, the treatment group of total cholesterol （TC）, three glycerol （TG）, low density lipoprotein cholesterol （ LDL - C） levels and blood pressure was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Rosuvastatin in treatment with patients with hypertension and hyperlipoidemia can low blood fat and blood pressure, which can be applied in clinic.
