主题工作坊——高职院校实践育人的新途径

The New Approach of Practical Education in Higher Vocational Colleges with Theme Workshop

高职教育的快速发展对高职院校实践育人工作提出更高的要求。通过分析高职院校育人实践的现状,结合工作实际,提出以主题工作坊的形式提升高职院校育人实践效果的整体构想。在阐述工作坊设立的实践意义的同时,对主题工作坊的组织形式和活动开展方式进行探讨,并结合学生社会实践指导工作坊的典型案例来剖析主题工作坊实践育人的工作过程及其作用。

The rapid development of higher vocational education provides higher requirement for the work of practical education in higher vocational colleges. Through analyzing the present situation of practical education in higher vocational colleges, combined with the working practice, this paper puts forward the whole idea with the form of theme workshop to promote the effect of educational practice in higher vocational colleges. When analyzing the practical meaning of setting up workshop, this paper discusses the organization form and activity developing form for theme workshop. It combines the typical case of students＇ social practice for guiding workshop to analyze the working process and its function of practical education with theme workshop.
